  • Roles and Responsibilities

    M&R is seeking a Technical Consultant who will analyze technical details for newly acquired projects.

    The TC works directly for the CMO and possesses a complete understanding of our clients' business objectives, strategic direction, and requirements. They act as a liaison between the client and M&R, serving as an internal client advocate.

    The TC coordinates client projects by determining the project scope, and sets objectives, milestones, and success criteria.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work independently.
    • Deep understanding of consultative selling: understanding the concerns and needs of the prospect & client.
    • Proficiency in software applications, particularly MS Office Suites, Project Management software, and Live Meeting software
